Abstract: ABSTRACT METHOD AND SYSTEM TO PREDICT COIL TEMPERATURE AND PRECIPITATION KINETICS OF HOT ROLLED COIL The present disclosure relates to a method and device (150) to predict coil temperature and precipitation kinetics of hot rolled coil. The method involves receiving input parameters (210) 5 pertaining to hot rolled coil during coil fabrication. Further, control parameters are received from plurality of sensors. Each of the control parameters pertains to corresponding operation implemented during coil fabrication. Furthermore, a machine learning (ML) model (208) is implemented, based on the input parameters (210) and the control parameters, to create an environment such that a learning agent is configured to predict coil temperature and 10 precipitation kinetics of hot rolled coil in coiling stage and cooling stage.
