4 In 1 Smart Mask: Automatic Sanitization, Safe Distance Alert, Temp Read, Triple Layer Protection Against Covid 19

Abstract: This automated smart mask can sanitize our hands and belongings whenever we hold it within 20cm in front of that mask with the help of ultrasonic sensor. It’s buzzer also creates a ring whenever there are persons or objects within 3ft for ensuring that everyone should maintain a safe distance from each other. This mask also shows the temperature of the person wearing it so that any changes in his/her body temperature can be easily identified by the other people so that they can take proper safety measures. This mask also offers triple layer of protection against viruses and pollutant. This mask can be easily programmed according to our requirement. This mask works on rechargeable battery and is fully automatic. This mask can be made more compact in future.

Disclosure: - A breathing mask (10) for use in monitoring a patient, providing sensors (25, 26) built into the mask (10) for ease of application to a patient such that donning the mask (10) places all the required sensors on the patient. The mask (10) has a perimeter (12) with a soft pliable material with sensors (25) therein for contacting the patient's skin and making an airtight seal. The mask (10) also has sensors (26) on the body of the mask and on associated straps or caps. The sensors (25, 26) can be used for monitoring the patient's EMG, EEG, EOG, ECG, surface blood pressure, temperature, pulse, blood oxygen, and position of the patient, activity level of the patient, sounds and gas pressure in the mask (10).
Problem: -
The cited document discloses a different type of mask which is used to measure a patient’s EMG, EEG, EOG, ECG, surface blood pressure, temperature, pulse, blood oxygen, position of the patient as well as the activity level and sound and gas inside the mask.
Solution: -
The present invention describes a 4 in 1 Smart Mask which is used for keeping the user alert for maintaining social distance, giving the facility of contactless sanitization, body temperature monitoring and also 3 layers of hepa -filtration.

Disclosure: - discloses a method of implanting a distance detection sensor that will give beep sound to the wearer when any object or person comes near to it so the kids get alert that they need to maintain safe distance from others. Once the kids get used to the safe distance scenario then they need not to use the device. This is not only useful for the kids but also can be used by old people or careless elders who least bothers about social distancing. Buzzer and sensor can run on a small battery so that it will be compact to use and makes it fit to be used in any accessory. This method is a cost effective, easy to make and implement module for distance detection and alerting. The circuit consists of a small 3.5 V battery, Arduino Uno chip, HC SRO4 sensor and a buzzer. The circuit can be made and implemented in any of our daily wear accessories so we need not to buy an expensive distance detecting wrist band or such devices. As it is compact and easy to install, we can make sure it to be aesthetically good by our own creative outer covers.

The cited document discloses a wearable band with distance sensing module which can only measure distance and keep the user aware, where the invention has used 3.5 V battery, Arduino Uno chip, HC SRO4 sensor and a buzzer.
Solution: -
The present invention is not a kind of wearable band wherein a 4 in 1 Smart Mask which not only keep the user aware of maintaining social distance but also comes with contactless sanitizing module, body temperature sensor with display, rechargeable battery, and three layers of hepa filtration for smart air filtration. Here we have used 5v lithium polymer battery, buzzer, Arduino uno microcontroller, Mist maker, ultrasonic sensor (HC SR04), body temperature sensor and display, li-po battery charging IC.

The cited document only discloses a wearable band with distance sensing module which can only measure distance and keep the user aware. Whereas the present invention is not a kind of wearable band it’s a 4 in 1 Smart Mask which not only keep the user aware of maintaining social distance but also comes with contactless sanitizing module, body temperature sensor with display, rechargeable battery, and three layers of hepa-filtration for smart air filtration.

The cited document discloses vehicle sanitizing system which sanitize vehicles wheel. Here motion sensor (PIR) and a sanitizing gateway is used, where vehicles are sanitized when they are under the sanitizing channel
Solution: -
The present invention does not include any vehicle, it is related to bio health where we are sanitizing our hands and our belongings using a contactless sanitizing system present inside the mask. Here the sensor used is an ultrasonic sensor (HC SR04).
The cited document D3 discloses vehicle sanitizing system which sanitize vehicles wheel. Here (PIR) motion sensor and a sanitizing gateway is used. Disclosure :- discloses an electronic body temperature mask, which comprises a filter cavity, wherein a temperature sensor, a resistance-voltage conversion module, a microcontroller, a light emitting diode, a detachable rechargeable battery and a button switch which are electrically connected in sequence are arranged on the filter cavity, the temperature sensor is located on the inner side of the filter cavity, and the light emitting diode and the button switch are located on the outer side of the filter cavity. The body temperature measuring method comprises the steps of pressing the button switch to start a power supply; when a user wears the electronic body temperature mask to breathe normally, the temperature sensor measures the body temperature and sends out a resistance signal; the resistance-voltage conversion module converts the resistance signal into a voltage signal and transmits the voltage signal to the microcontroller; the microcontroller processes the voltage signal into a body temperature value and transmits the body temperature value to the light-emitting diode; and the light emitting diode displays the body temperature value. According to the electronic body temperature mask and the body temperature measuring method, viruses can be prevented, the body can be accurately monitored in real time, and the body temperature measuring efficiency is improved.
Problem: -
While both inventions incorporate body temperature monitoring capabilities, our 4-in-1 electronic mask introduces additional functionalities that enhance user safety and convenience. Our device integrates a comprehensive suite of features including a safe distance alert system, contactless sanitizer dispenser, and a triple-layer filtration system, which collectively contribute to mitigating the spread of viruses, including COVID-19.
Solution: -
Moreover, unlike the single-purpose design described in D4, our invention offers a compact and versatile solution by combining multiple functionalities within a single device. The incorporation of an ultrasonic sensor, Arduino UNO microcontroller, buzzer, and sanitizer dispenser significantly expands the capabilities of our electronic mask beyond simple temperature monitoring.
Additionally, our device is designed for practicality and ease of use. It can be powered via USB or a rechargeable battery, providing flexibility for users in various scenarios. The adjustable range and operational parameters further enhance its adaptability to different environments and user preferences.

1. A multipurpose 4 in 1 smart electronic mask for fighting against Covid – 19 with inbuilt sanitizer sprayer, safe distance alert, body temperature reading and displaying system and also with 3 layers protection. This mask comprises of a buzzer (1) charging port for sanitizer sprayer (2) arduino uno board (3) 3.7v battery (4) 5v relay (5) ultrasonic sensor (6) temperature sensor (7) buzzer (8) mask (9) 3layer hepa filter (10) elastic band (11) sanitizer sprayer (12) temperature display (13) mist nozzle (14) USB for power (15).
2. A mask claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic sensor triggers the buzzer for safe distance alert when an object is detected within a range of 3ft.
3. A mask claimed in claim 1, wherein the ultrasonic sensor triggers the contactless sanitizer dispenser for contactless sanitization when an object is detected within a range of 20cm.
4. A mask claimed in claim 1, wherein the 3-layer hepa filtration system effectively filters viruses and particles present in the air.
5. A mask claimed in claim 1, wherein the filters of the mask can be replaced.
6. A mask claimed in claim 1, wherein the body temperature module measures and displays the wearer's body temperature when in contact with the nose point
