Description:FRAME ASSEMBLY FOR A VEHICLE TECHNICAL FIELD [0001] The present subject matter generally relates to a vehicle. More particularly, relates to frame assembly for a vehicle. BACKGROUND [0002] Conventionally, a vehicle such as but not limited to cargo vehicle are used for transporting objects. Further, cargo vehicles are also modified to be used as a mobile home. Generally, the vehicle comprises a front section which is configured with vehicle manoeuvring unit and a rear section which is configured to accommodate passenger cabin in case of a passenger vehicle or a cargo deck in case of the cargo vehicle. Further, cross members are used to connect front section and rear section of the vehicle using known means such as welding. However, the problem associated with the same is that when the load applied to the vehicle, the entire stress of the vehicle is focused at the junction of the welding point, which causes the frame assembly to bend overall and become less rigid. Further, with time the joint will be weak and prone to fatigue stress and torsional stress. [0003] In vehicles, conventional frames tend to have broad front frame comprising of centre member, cradle members and rear frame. Further, the rear frame comprising of longitudinal member and cross members. This is generally applicable for any type of frame construction ranging from single piece, two piece or multi-split or any known in the art. [0004] In a known art, the center member of the front frame is attached to the rear frame’s cross member which is configured to be a junction connecting front frame and rear frame. The cradle members are connected to the cross member that comes before the front mounting point of the rear suspension. Consequentially, such construction amounts to eventual bending and reduced rigidity of the frame assembly. 30
