Description:TECHNICAL FIELD
[001]
The present subject matter relates to a vehicle, more particularly, an integrated bracket for mounting plurality of vehicle components.
BACKGROUND
[002]
In general, a conventional vehicle comprising a plurality of brackets for 5 mounting individual vehicle components. This in turn increases the part count of the vehicle.
[003]
In general, a vehicle comprising a plurality of electrical components and a plurality of non-electrical components. In general, separate mounting brackets are used for mounting the plurality of electrical components and separate mounting 10 brackets are required for mounting of plurality of non-electrical components. This in turn, however, increases the part count and also increases difficulty in packaging of the vehicle components due to limited space.
[004]
Furthermore, the separate mounting brackets for plurality of electrical components requires specialized coatings or manufactured using synthetic material 15 to prevent electrical circulation and short circuiting of the plurality of electrical components. This in turn increases material consumption and also increases difficulty in assembly of the vehicle.
[005]
Conventionally, integrated brackets accommodates either a plurality of electrical components or a plurality of non-electrical components. However, these 20 integrated brackets are bulky and required additional space in limited vehicle layout to accommodate the plurality of electrical and non- electrical components seperately.
[006]
Furthermore, these integrated brackets are designed customized to specific vehicle layout and thereby prevents modularity of use of the integrated brackets across different vehicle layouts and packaging space. 25
[007]
Hence, it is preferred to have an integrated bracket which can accommodate a plurality of electrical and non-electrical components in the vehicle and also provide modularity of use in different types of vehicles.
