Abstract: ABSTRACT POLYNUCLEOTIDES AND FRAGMENTS REPRESENTING GENE FUSIONS AND METHODS THEREOF The present disclosure provides oligonucleotides of fusion genes. The present 5 disclosure also provides probes, primers/primer pairs and kits for detection and/or profiling of fusion genes. Further disclosed are methods for detecting fusion genes and methods for treatment, detection and prognosis of cancer.
