Abstract: ABSTRACT “SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLOSED LOOP NETWORK REMEDIATION IN A HETEROGENEOUS NETWORK” The aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method of closed loop network remediation in a heterogeneous network. The method includes receiving one or more alerts for at least one network path upon occurrence of anomalous network event along with a plurality of parameters associated with the network path. The method includes verifying whether the network path is a faulty or defective network path. The method includes identifying the one or more possible alternate paths available to serve data traffic load of the faulty network path along with a plurality of parameters associated with each of the one or more possible alternate paths, based on the plurality of parameters associated with the network path.
