A paint material comprising:
a composition of predetermined quantities of each of a component A, a component B, a component C, and a component D; 5
wherein the paint material being configured to change from a first colour to a second colour upon an excitation.

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the external excitation being one of a UV radiation and electromagnetic excitation.

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein said excitation being one 10 of an internal excitation or an external excitation.

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component A being carbon and the predetermined quantity of component A being between 60-70% of the paint composition.

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component B being 15 nitrogen and the predetermined quantity of component B being between 28-32% of the paint composition.

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component C being Aluminum and the predetermined quantity of component C being between 0.1-0.5% of the paint composition. 20

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the component D being chlorine and the predetermined quantity of component D being between 0.05-0.3% of the paint composition.

The paint material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the external excitation being configured to change a state of each of the component A, component 25 B, component C and component D from a neutral state to an ionization excitation state.

The paint material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paint material being configured to change colour to the first colour when the external excitation being withdrawn. 30

The paint material as claimed in claim 2, wherein the UV excitation beinga wavelength of 50-100 nm.

A vehicle comprising:
a body cover panel;
the body cover panel being coated with a paint material; 5
wherein the paint material comprising a composition of predetermined quantities of each of a component A, a component B, a component C and a component D; and
wherein the paint material being configured to change from a first colour to a second colour upon an 10 excitation.
