Abstract: METHOD AND SYSTEM 5 FOR SCHEDULING RADIO ACCESS NETWORKS (RAN) WORKLOADS IN MULTI-CORE ARCHITECTURE ABSTRACT 10 The present disclosure discloses method and system for scheduling Radio Access Networks (RAN) workloads in multi-core architecture. The system allocates plurality of tasks to plurality of processing cores. The plurality of tasks are associated with RAN workloads which exhibits periodicity in predetermined sequence of execution of plurality of tasks. Further, system determines whether an execution time of plurality of allocated tasks is exceeding predefined 15 time limit. Thereafter, system schedules RAN workloads by performing one of: generating an indication to process plurality of allocated tasks when execution time of plurality of allocated tasks is within predefined time limit or assigning wake up time for one or more processing cores when execution time of plurality of allocated tasks is exceeding predefined time limit and allocating plurality of allocated tasks to ensure that execution time of plurality of allocated 20 tasks is within predefined time limit.
