According to an aspect of the present invention, a computer-implemented system for orchestrating social outings is disclosed. In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, the platform offers an intuitive user interface for signing up, creating profiles, and organizing social outings effortlessly.

Detailed Description of the Invention

It is to be understood that the present disclosure is not limited in its application to the details of construction and the arrangement of components set forth in the following description or illustrated in the drawings. The present disclosure is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or of being carried out in various ways. In addition, it is to be understood that the phraseology and terminology used herein is for the purpose of description and should not be regarded as limiting.

The use of “including”, “comprising” or “having” and variations thereof herein is meant to encompass the items listed thereafter and equivalents thereof as well as additional items. The terms “a” and “an” herein do not denote a limitation of quantity, but rather denote the presence of at least one of the referenced items. Further, the use of terms “first”, “second”, and “third”, and the like, herein do not denote any order, quantity, or importance, but rather are used to distinguish one element from another.

According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a computer-implemented system for orchestrating social outings is disclosed. The system comprises of a customer module, a revenue flow management module, a presence module, a customer profile module, a business module, a business status action module, a customer status collection and display module, a blind gift module, a date module, an interests and preference module, a shopping module, a bill etiquette module, a composite offer module, a social assist module and a rewards module. Social Outing recommendation module, Inbox Outbox Module, Learning Module, Games Module, Advertising Module.

In accordance to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, the overview of the invention's components, functionalities, and user experience as:
a. User Registration and Profile Creation:
The invention commences with a user-friendly registration process. New users sign up by providing basic information, including their name, email address, mobile number, age and password. Upon registration, users are encouraged to create detailed profiles, adding personal information such as but not limited to interests, hobbies and preferences related to Social outing activities. These profiles serve as the foundation for the invention's personalized recommendations and user interactions.
b. Social Outing Creation and Posting:
Registered users can initiate social outings by creating and posting invitations within the platform. These invitations include essential details, such as the chosen business venue, date, time, social outing category and specific preferences related to the event. Users can attach images, descriptions, and other relevant information to make their invitations engaging and informative.
c. Business Integration:
A critical aspect of the invention is its integration with businesses and venues. Users are presented with a curated list of available businesses, each offering unique services, amenities, and costs. These business listings include images, location details, operating hours, and descriptions. Users can select businesses that align with their outing preferences, ensuring a seamless integration of venues and services into their social outing activities.
d. User Applications and Participant Selection:
Interested users can apply to participate in posted social outing invitations. The invention employs advanced algorithms to select and notify users who have been accepted to join specific events. Selection criteria may consider user preferences, availability, compatibility with the event's requirements, and other relevant factors.
e. Coordination and Presence Tracking:
Accepted participants are then facilitated in coordinating their attendance at the specified business venue, on the designated date and time. The invention tracks user presence at these venues using a presence module. This module not only implements billing algorithms for users but also offers presence rewards, adding an incentive for users to attend events and engage with the platform.
f. Reward Mechanisms:
To encourage active participation and engagement, the invention incorporates reward mechanisms. Users who attend social outings at designated venues are rewarded with virtual or tangible incentives. These rewards may include virtual currency, discounts, vouchers, or exclusive access to premium features, enhancing the overall user experience.
g. Personalization and Recommendation Engine:
The invention employs a recommendation engine powered by machine learning techniques. This engine analyzes user behavior, preferences, and historical data to suggest potential social outings or business venues or shopping items tailored to individual users. These recommendations enhance user satisfaction and encourage ongoing participation.
h. Monetization Strategies:
A core objective of the invention is to establish a sustainable revenue model. This is achieved through various monetization strategies, including:
Advertising revenue: Targeted advertisements are displayed to users based on demographics, interests, online behavior, and interactions.
Subscription fees: Premium features and subscription plans offer enhanced functionalities to users for a fee.

Payments: Users can pay at business venues through the platform while the platform charges fee for the payments.
Promotions fees: Users and business owners can promote their Social Outing posts and businesses on the platform.

The invention enhances the interaction between businesses and users, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.
k. Platform Monetization:

l. Social Outing Recommendation Module:
This module harnesses data from the Interests and Preference Module, as well as information from the Social Assist Module and other sources, to recommend a variety of tailored social outings some of them are but not limited to.
? Single’s Social Outing: Utilizing the gathered data, the system identifies individuals who haven't participated in social outings and suggests suitable events for them, fostering connections among singles.
? General Social Outing: Drawing from the available data, the system recommends social outings tailored to individual preferences, ensuring personalized and enjoyable experiences.
? Blind Date Social Outing: Leveraging the gathered data, the system suggests blind dates, considering compatibility factors, creating exciting opportunities for adventurous individuals.

m. Inbox Outbox Module:
This module determines message routing, employing diverse metrics such as:
? Message Pricing: Messages' monetary value influences their placement, ensuring fair communication practices.
? Data from Interest and Preference Module: Insights from user interests and preferences guide message allocation, aligning conversations with users' preferences.
? Profanity Checks: Messages undergo scrutiny to filter out inappropriate content, maintaining a respectful and safe environment.
? Connections: Relationship status and interaction history influence message flow, enhancing user experience.
n. Learning Module:
The Learning Module empowers users with knowledge, covering diverse topics including:
? Social Behavior: Educating users on social norms and etiquette, fostering respectful interactions within the platform community.
? Sexual Education: Providing comprehensive sexual education, promoting awareness and understanding among users.
? Genders: Offering insights into diverse gender identities, promoting inclusivity and understanding among platform users.
? Relationships: Sharing insights on building and maintaining healthy relationships, enriching users' interpersonal lives.
o. Games Module:
Designed for couples and groups, this engaging module features multiplayer games, enhancing social interactions and bonding among users. These games provide a fun way for users to connect and strengthen relationships.

This module is used for advertising on the platform and to view the advertisement metrics.

I/We Claim
1. A computer-implemented system for orchestrating social outings, comprising:
a. a customer module enabling user sign-up, profile creation, Social Outing creation, Social Outing replies, profile editing, messaging, premium item purchases, Social Outings filtering, payments, shopping, blind gifting, contact management, customer and business search, customer and business profile display, customer verification, and social assistance;
b. a revenue flow management module facilitating revenue generation from customers through premium item purchases, payments to businesses, shopping, and promotions, and revenue generation from businesses through promotions and bills;
c. a presence module for tracking customer presence at business places, implementing billing algorithms, offer algorithms, and presence rewards based on data inputs from other modules;
d. a customer profile module containing information about, Social Outings, customer-generated data, and system-generated data;
e. a business module for business sign-up, promotion, event management, payment processing, support, status management, profile editing, business verification, and listing business items for sale;
f. a business status action module taking actions on businesses based on data calculations;
g. a customer status collection and display module collecting various customer details and displaying them while ensuring data privacy;
h. a blind gift module for collecting address details and managing gift orders;
i. a Social Outing module for storing Social Outing -related information, rules, and conditions;
j. an interests and preference module for collecting and saving customer interests and preferences;
k. a shopping module for showing item suggestions and enabling item purchases;
l. a bill etiquette module for managing various types of bill etiquette;
m. a composite offer module for determining offers based on customer and business data;
n. a social assist module for learning from user data and suggesting improvements to user interactions;
o. a reward module for rewarding customers in various ways.
2. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said customer module includes a recommendation engine utilizing machine learning techniques for suggesting potential social outings based on user behavior, preferences, and historical data.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said customer module includes a privacy control mechanism enabling users to customize privacy settings for individual social outing posts, thereby limiting visibility to specific users.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said security measures in said customer module include user authentication, business authentication.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said customer module implements a monetization strategy including the collection of advertising revenue, subscription fees for premium features.

6. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said presence module includes a rewards module for incentivizing customers to show their presence at businesses, wherein rewards can be used for various purposes within the system.
7. A computer-implemented method for organizing and facilitating social outings comprising the following steps:
a. providing an interactive user interface allowing registered users to create and post invitations for social outings, wherein said invitations include details such as the chosen business venue, date, time, and additional preferences related to the social activity;
b. enabling users to select a business from a list of available options, said businesses representing physical venues where the social outing will take place, wherein each business listing comprises information regarding the venue, including photos, location, associated costs, operating hours, and available services;
c. allowing registered users to apply for participation in posted social outing invitations, wherein users interested in joining a specific outing can express their intent to participate by submitting their applications through the digital interface;
d. employing an algorithmic system to select and notify users who have been accepted to participate in a particular social outing, said selection based on a variety of factors including but not limited to user preferences, availability, and compatibility with the outing's requirements;
e. facilitating the coordination of the accepted participants to attend the specified business venue at the designated date and time, thereby allowing users to engage in social activities.
f. implementing reward mechanisms to recognize and incentivize users for their participation, wherein users who attend social outings at the designated venues are rewarded with virtual or tangible incentives, said rewards being redeemable for various benefits within the digital environment;
g. collecting and analyzing data related to user behavior, preferences, and interactions within the digital environment, and utilizing this data to enhance the recommendation system for future social outing suggestions;
h. ensuring user privacy and security through authentication processes;
i. monetizing the digital environment by generating revenue from advertising, premium features, subscription plans, virtual goods, and with a focus on providing a sustainable revenue model for the operation of the digital platform.
