Abstract: IMAGE CODING METHOD AND DEVICE BASED ON GEOMETRIC PARTITIONING MODE (GPM) A method by which a decoding device decodes an image, according to the disclosure of the present document, comprises the steps of: acquiring, from a bitstream, information related to a geometric partitioning mode (GPM) for the current block; deriving partitions of the current block on the basis of partition index information within the information related to the GPM, wherein the partitions include a first geometric partition and a second geometric partition; deriving first prediction samples for the first geometric partition; deriving second prediction samples for the second geometric partition; generating prediction samples for the current block on the basis of the first prediction samples and the second prediction samples; and generating reconstructed samples on the basis of the prediction samples for the current block.

We claim:
1. A counterweight device (100) for a backhoe loader comprising:
a front axle (102) comprising a cavity (104); and
5 a predefined quantity of concrete mixture (106) filled within the cavity (104) to increase
weight of the front axle (102), wherein the front axle (102) counterweighs against load due to
components positioned on opposing side of the backhoe loader and additional load that is lifted
using a backhoe attachment of the backhoe loader.
10 2. The counterweight device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the components
positioned on opposing side of the backhoe loader comprise one or combination of boom,
cylinder, arm, and bucket.
3. The counterweight device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front axle (102) is
15 a dead axle.
4. The counterweight device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cavity (104) of the
front axle (102) is divided into different compartments (108a, 108b, and 108c), which enables
a user to selectively fill each compartment (108a, 108b, and 108c) with the predefined quantity
20 of the concrete mixture based on load requirement of components of the backhoe loader and
the additional load that is lifted using the backhoe loader.
