Abstract: AN ILLUMINIATING ARTICLE AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF The present disclosure an illuminating article (200). The illuminating article (200) includes a base (201), a bezel (202) coupled to and configured to extend from a portion of the base (201) to a predefined height, and an illuminating overlay (203). The illuminating overlay (203) includes a first layer (204) disposable on the base (201) within the bezel (202). Further, a second layer (205) disposable on the first layer (204), a third layer (206) disposable on the second layer (205), and a fourth layer (207) disposable on the third layer (206). The fourth layer (207) being disposed within the predefined height of the bezel (202). Furthermore, a gemstone (208) affixed to at least one of the base (201) or the bezel (202), and being above the fourth layer (207), for incidentally reflecting and illuminating the illuminating article (200).
