DESC:CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS
[0001] The present application is based on and claims priority from an Indian Provisional Application Number 202441045277 filed on 12-06-2024, the disclosure of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
BACKGROUND
Technical Field
[0002] The embodiments herein generally relate to a vehicle, and more particularly, to a frame assembly of the vehicle.
Description of the Related Art
[0003] The frame assembly is known as a supportive structure of a vehicle that incorporates one or more components, and the frame assembly is defined as a main skeletal component of the vehicle. Complications in mounting one or more components with the frame assembly have increased a lot, due to a variety of upcoming technologies and novel approaches to designing and manufacturing the one or more components.
[0004] In the earlier approach, vehicle manufacturers had come up with a simple frame assembly to reduce the complications in mounting the one or more components with the frame assembly, but such approaches are not helpful when it comes to increasing the structural strength of the vehicle.
[0005] In a conventional approach, the vehicle manufacturers deployed numerous strategies and modifications in the frame assembly to increase the structural strength of the vehicle. However, these approaches can result in complex and space-consuming structures, limiting available space for essential components like battery packs, enclosures, and other elements such as control units. Additionally, the intricate frame assembly can complicate vehicle servicing.
[0006] Due to the complex structure, the vehicle manufacturers make the one or more frame parts separately and attach them to make a final frame assembly by using welding or one or more fasteners which may lead to poor stress distribution. So, the earlier approach and conventional approaches are not efficient in solving the above-mentioned problems.
[0007] Hence, there is a need for an improved frame assembly to address the aforementioned issues.
