Abstract: ABSTRACT A PROCESS FOR PREPARING A SLURRY OF INSULATION LAYER AND IMPLEMENTATIONS THEREOF The present disclosure provides a process for preparing a slurry of insulation layer, the process comprising the steps of: (a) dissolving 0.05% to 0.8% (w/w) of a binder 5 in a first solvent to obtain a dispersant solution; (b) adding 25 to 40% (w/w) of dispersing a ceramic material in portions, into the dispersant solution to obtain a uniformly dispersed mixture; and (c) mixing the dispersed mixture with a binder solution to obtain the slurry of insulation layer, wherein the binder solution comprises 3% to 9% (w/w) of the binder in a second solvent. The present disclosure 10 further relates to a slurry of insulation layer prepared by the process as disclosed herein, an insulation layer, and an electrode. 31
