Abstract: It is an object to provide an intake control device which eliminates the need for a slide mold for molding a connecting surface to a sensor unit. An intake control device 1 includes a throttle body 4 having an intake passage 2 formed thereinside, a throttle valve 5 configured to open and close the intake passage 2, a throttle shaft 6 configured to hold the throttle valve 5 and to be rotatably supported by the throttle body 4, and a sensor unit 14 connected to one end side of the throttle body 4 in an axial direction of the throttle shaft 6. In the intake control device 1, the throttle body 4 includes a unit connecting surface 15A to which the sensor unit 14 is connected, and the unit connecting surface 15A is inclined with respect to the direction in which the intake passage 2 extends. WE CLAIM
1. An intake control device comprising:
a throttle body having an intake passage formed inside the throttle body;
a throttle valve configured to open and close the intake passage;
5 a throttle shaft configured to hold the throttle valve and to be rotatably supported
by the throttle body; and
a sensor unit which includes at least one of an opening position sensor detecting
a degree of opening of the throttle valve, an intake pressure sensor detecting a pressure of
the intake passage, or an intake temperature sensor detecting a temperature of the intake
10 passage, and which is connected to one end side of the throttle body in an axial direction of
the throttle shaft,
wherein the throttle body includes a unit connecting surface to which the sensor
unit is connected, and
wherein the unit connecting surface is inclined with respect to a direction in
15 which the intake passage extends.
2. The intake control device according to claim 1, wherein the unit connecting
surface is inclined by 1 or more with respect to the direction in which the intake passage
extends.

3. The intake control device according to claim 1, including:
a motor; and
a gear mechanism which transmits a driving force of the motor to the throttle
shaft,
25 wherein the throttle body includes a gear chamber which accommodates the
motor and the gear mechanism on a side opposite to a side of the unit connecting surface
with the intake passage sandwiched between the gear chamber and the unit connecting
surface.
