Abstract: A vehicle-mounted processing device (10) that is mounted in a vehicle (20) is equipped with an information acquisition unit (100) that acquires state information indicating a traveling state of the vehicle, a first processing unit (104) that executes a first process, a second processing unit (106) that executes a second process, an interruption determination unit (108) that determines whether interruption by the second process has occurred prior to completion of the first process, and a prohibition control unit (110) which, in the case that a number of times that the interruption by the second process is determined by the interruption determination unit to have occurred prior to the completion of the first process is greater than or equal to a first predetermined number of times (TH1), prohibits execution of one from among the first process and the second process having a lower priority in accordance with the state information.
