Battery Diagnosis Apparatus, Battery Inspection System And Battery Diagnosis Method

Abstract: A battery diagnosis apparatus, a battery inspection system and a battery diagnosis method are provided. The battery diagnosis apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a battery sensing unit for generating a voltage detection signal indicating the voltage of a target battery and a current detection signal indicating the current of the target battery; and a battery diagnosis unit which monitors the voltage and current of the target battery while the target battery is charged or discharged, so as to generate a measured voltage profile indicating the relationship between the cumulative capacity and voltage of the target battery in the period of interest, and which compares the measured voltage profile to a reference voltage profile so as to diagnose anomalies of the target battery.
