Genetically Modified Microorganism For Producing 3 Hydroxyadipic Acid And/Or 3 Oxoadipic Acid And Production Method For Said Chemical Products
Abstract: Disclosed are: a genetically-modified microorganism capable of producing 3-hydroxyadipic acid and/or 3-oxoadipic acid at high productivity; and a production method for 3-hydroxyadipic acid and/or 3-oxoadipic acid using said genetically-modified microorganism. The genetically-modified microorganism having the ability to produce 3-hydroxyadipic acid and/or 3-oxoadipic acid strengthens the activity of an enzyme that catalyzes a reaction from succinyl-CoA and acetyl-CoA to 3-oxoadipyl-CoA and CoA and increases the expression of organic phosphoric acid compound discharge carriers or homologs thereof.
