Abstract: This electret melt-blown nonwoven fabric is formed from polyolefin-based resin fibers in order to realize a flexible high-elongation electret melt-blown nonwoven fabric without using a particular additive or performing a special postprocessing treatment, wherein the crystallization temperature at the first temperature increase in a cycle DSC is 80°C to 130°C, and the heat amount ?Hm thereof is 3.0 J/g to 20.0 J/g.
