Abstract: Provided are: an electronical component assembly which can simplify the structure of a housing, has excellent assembly properties for an electrical component, and can reduce costs; an electrical component assembly manufacturing method; and a vehicle brake hydraulic pressure control device. This electrical component assembly (1) is formed by attaching a control substrate assembly (3) to a housing (2). The control substrate assembly (3) includes a control substrate (11), and an electrical component (17) attached to the control substrate (11) through a connection terminal (14). The control substrate (11) includes securing holes (18) for securing the electrical component (17), and the electrical component (17) includes a terminal body part (17a) with which the connection terminal (14) is integrated by resin, and securing protrusions (17b) that are provided to the terminal body portion (17a) and fitted into the securing holes (18).
