Abstract: This information provision system is characterized by comprising: a design data management unit (11) that manages device design data, which relates to the design of a subject device and is provided to a device user, in units of each of a plurality of elements constituting the device design data by associating, with each element, relevance information indicating relevance between the plurality of elements, the device design data including one or more of mechanical design data that is data relating to the mechanical design of the subject device, electrical design data that is data relating to the electrical design of the subject device, and control design data that is data relating to the control design of the subject device; a design data extraction unit (12) that generates design data for disclosure by extracting, from the device design data, a portion corresponding to a specified disclosure range in units of element by referring to the relevance information; and a design data issuance unit (13) that issues the design data for disclosure while managing the right of access to the design data for disclosure by the device user and a period in which the device user is permitted to view the design data for disclosure.
