b. Sensors and controllers for dynamic brightness adjustment based on environmental conditions;
c. An integrated emergency communication facility allowing direct calls from the device installed on the pole;
d. A modular architecture enabling customization for additional public safety and modernization features as required; and
e. A dual-functionality design for retrofitting pre-existing poles or installation in new projects.

The system of claim 1, wherein the SIM-based module communicates with a central management platform to provide real-time monitoring, diagnostics, and control of multiple streetlight poles.
