Specification

Description:[0016] Some embodiments of this disclosure, illustrating all its features, will now be discussed in detail. The words “comprising,” “having,” “containing,” and “including,” and other forms thereof, are intended to be equivalent in meaning and be open ended in that an item or items following any one of these words is not meant to be an exhaustive listing of such item or items, or meant to be limited to only the listed item or items. It must also be noted that as used herein and in the appended claims, the singular forms “a,” “an,” and “the” include plural references unless the context clearly dictates otherwise.
[0017] Although any systems and methods similar or equivalent to those described herein can be used in the practice or testing of embodiments of the present disclosure, the preferred, systems and methods are now described. Embodiments of the present disclosure will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in which like numerals represent like elements throughout the several figures, and in which example embodiments are shown. Embodiments of the claims may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. The examples set forth herein are non-limiting examples and are merely examples among other possible examples.
[0018] The present invention discloses a student academic and communication management system (100) designed to address challenges faced by students in accessing academic resources and communication with mentors. The system integrates a user interface (102), a computing unit (104), and a processor (106), allowing students to input academic queries, access resources, and provide continuous feedback for platform evolution.
[0019] FIG. 1 illustrates a block diagram of a student academic and communication management system., according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0020] In some embodiments, the system (100) comprises a user interface (102) installed within a computing unit (104), at least one processor (106), and an input/output circuitry.
[0021] In some embodiment the system (100) includes a user interface (102), which is installed within a computing unit (104), allowing students to interact with the platform. The computing unit (104) may take the form of any electronic device with digital access capabilities, including but not limited to, smartphones, laptops, desktops, or tablets. The user interface (102) is designed with usability in mind, ensuring that students from varying technical backgrounds can easily navigate the system. The system may allow students to input various types of queries, such as requests for previous year question papers, lecture notes, study guides, or guidance from senior students and professors.
[0022] . The user interface (102) streamlines these tasks by consolidating multiple functionalities into a single platform, allowing students to search for resources, ask for guidance, and provide feedback in one place. The computing unit (104) may be responsible for managing the transmission of this data to the back-end system for further processing and analysis.
[0023] In one embodiment, the at least one processor (104) may be communicatively coupled to the memory. The at least one processor (104) may include suitable logic, input/ output circuitry, and communication circuitry that are operable to execute one or more instructions stored in the memory to perform predetermined operations. In one embodiment, the at least one processor (104) may be configured to decode and execute any instructions received from one or more other electronic devices or server(s). The at least one processor (104) may be configured to execute one or more computer-readable program instructions, such as program instructions to carry out any of the functions described in this description. Further, the at least one processor (104) may be implemented using one or more processor technologies known in the art. Examples of the at least one processor (104) include, but are not limited to, one or more general purpose processors and/or one or more special purpose processors.
[0024] In one embodiment, the memory may be configured to store a set of instructions and data executed by the at least one processor (104). Further, the memory (110) may include the one or more instructions that are executable by the at least one processor (108) to perform specific operations.
[0025] In some embodiments, the at least one processor (104) may analyze the input received via the computing unit (104), determining which academic resources are most relevant to the student's request. The processor (106) may use algorithms to assess the input and generate appropriate responses, such as recommending lecture notes or facilitating connections with mentors. The system may ensure that high-quality academic resources are collected and made available to the students, with inputs from professors and senior students who provide valuable study materials.
[0026] After developing the initial platform, the system may undergo a beta launch with a select group of students. This launch phase is critical for testing the system’s functionality, identifying potential issues, and gathering valuable insights from users. During the beta phase, the system collects feedback from the selected users regarding the user interface’s design, ease of use, and overall performance. The feedback may include suggestions for new features, opinions on the existing ones, and any usability issues that the users experience during testing.
[0027] After the beta launch, the system may use the gathered feedback to make necessary adjustments and improvements. By incorporating user suggestions, the platform becomes more refined and user-friendly, enhancing its functionality and meeting the needs of a larger student base when fully launched. The beta testing phase ensures that any issues related to the platform's usability, resource availability, or performance can be resolved before the full-scale release.
[0028] Another important feature of the system (100) is the continuous feedback loop, which allows students to provide ongoing input even after the platform is launched. This feedback mechanism is integrated into the user interface (102) and enables students to suggest new features, report bugs, or request additional resources. The system (100) may be designed to respond to this feedback dynamically, making it highly adaptive to the evolving academic needs of the student community. For instance, if students request more comprehensive notes on a specific topic or additional features for group discussions, the feedback is received by the processor (106), which prioritizes the implementation of these changes in future updates.
[0029] It should be noted that the student academic and communication management system thereof in any case could undergo numerous modifications and variants, all of which are covered by the same innovative concept; moreover, all of the details can be replaced by technically equivalent elements. In practice, the components used, as well as the numbers, shapes, and sizes of the components can be of any kind according to the technical requirements. The scope of protection of the invention is therefore defined by the attached claims. , Claims:1.A student academic and communication management system, the system (100) comprises:
a user interface (102) installed within a computing unit (104), wherein the computing unit (104) is accessed by students to provide one or more input;
at least one processor (106) operationally coupled with the computing unit (104), wherein the at least one processor (106) is configured to:
receive and analyse the one or more input;
collect high-quality academic resources, including previous year questions and notes, through cooperation with professors and senior students, based on the one or more input;
conduct a beta launch with a select group of students to gather initial feedback and suggestions for platform improvement; and
collect continuous feedback to allows users to provide opinions, suggestions, and feature requests to ensure platform evolves according to user needs.
2.The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the one or more inputs comprises student’s needs, confession, requirement of study materials, and student’s problems.
