Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated digital platform, KAVIYA Farmnet, designed to connect farmers and land-owning tenants while providing agricultural support services. The platform enables user registration, profile management, and a dynamic matching system that allows tenants to hire farmers based on criteria such as experience, equipment ownership, and land requirements. It incorporates a crop recommendation engine powered by real-time weather data and soil moisture analysis, helping farmers make informed cultivation decisions. The system further includes modules for equipment leasing, government scheme awareness, Minimum Support Price (MSP) updates, and legal advisories relevant to the agricultural sector. Built using Next.js and MongoDB, the platform ensures scalable front-end and back-end integration. Additional features include a blogging system for knowledge sharing and a rating mechanism to ensure trust and transparency between users. This invention aims to enhance agricultural productivity, streamline labor allocation, and improve the socio-economic condition of farmers through digital enablement.

This invention relates to agri farma tech. (agriculture, food tech and rural development) kaviya farmnet.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
India is a Krishi Pradhan country which is one of the largest producer as well as the consumer of many crops and these crops are grown by many farmers across India. In spite of having so many farmers these farmers are not able to compete in Indian market, to help them we came up with a plan of KAVIYA Farmnet. As we can see rise in population, the farmers are not able to earn and build proper network. Sometimes some farmer does not own any land and to work on another land they don’t have any network Same with the tenant if a tenant or a landlord needs a farmer to work or cultivate on his land, they are not able to reach any trustworthy farmer and there is no such platform to search a farmer in near there location.
We know that farmer does not earn that much money as compared to big landlords or tenant and if Someone want to hire a farmer with equipment like tractor or harvester near his or her region, so the chances of getting an opportunity to the farmer become very less to work on the field as there is no such network where a farmer can equip an item on lease from another tenant. Though India grows many different crops but also imported many different variety of food products from another country like coco beans, soya bean seeds etc. Because there is no such platform where we can educate farmers about the production of these crops.

In this platform a well-educated farmer or tenant can pose his or her blog related to agriculture so that if someone want to read it can be very beneficial for others like they can mention different techniques or the different method of doing any kind of crop.

RESEARCH GAP: If a farmer wants to have some resources to work on another field the farmer can contact another tenant for the resources so that the tenant and the farmer can build a deal where they can exchange the goods easily.

In example: NextAuth, File based routing etc. Hence, Nextjs gives server side with the client side rendering too. Anyone can make frontend designs easily because it provides the simple integration of some CSS frameworks tailwind CSS. It is very important technology to make projects too. Vercel is also very important as in it projects can also deploy. It is also used to deploy the prototype of this project. Flowbites, shadcn etc. have also been used as components in website.

MongoDB:- MongoDB is the NoSQL Database which is used to store the data in the form of the objects. In this project we have used MongoDB Atlas which provides the cloud database for it. To maintain the performance and scalability of this application we have used this database in our project. We can store the data of the farmers as well as of the tenants like Name, Contact No, experience, Equipments, Size of the land, etc.
In our platform there is a homepage which consists many different features like news recommendation, MSP of any crops, schemes related to farmers, laws etc. In the starting we provide the user the option of log in & sign up. Further we will provide news to the former related to them. Crop recommendation to the farmer according to their area by checking the fertility of the soil as well as the weather forecast of that particular region. While selling any crop in the market the farmer must know about the minimum support price of that crop so we will update the minimum support price time to time for them for their ease.
But not to forget that there are many people who exploit the farmer so we will also provide them the knowledge about the different schemes, laws and subsidies related to them. The farmer and tenant who has experienced can also write a blog to help other farmers. And of course, the MVP of a platform is KAVIYA Farmnet which connect different farmer among each other as well as the tenant.
In this platform if a tenant needs a farmer to perform a particular task on his feed so he can hire a farmer through this platform which will also help the farmer to build the network and will be employed by the help of tenant. The tenant concerts the farmer accordance to their needs like the farmer must be experienced must have the equipment to work on this land etc.
If a farmer does not have proper equipment to work on any field, he or she can take the product on leash from another tenant which is allocated in our platform. We can also educate farmer about the different crop that will give them a proper and enough profit. And also, a tenant can give review to the farmer through our website after completion of the work.
Next.js helps us to manage both front and back end. With the help of CSS we can give style to our platform, which will make very easy access to the farmer as well as tenant technology. The farmer can provide their data very easily to the simple UI/UX of our platform.
MongoDB store the data of the tenant at the farmer we need a database so by the help of MongoDB we can store the data of the farmer and the tenant it is a simple feature in web development which will provide us an easy access of different type of data.
Soil moisture tester will help us while surveying the land of the tenant and the farmer which will give an idea that which crop will be more suitable according to the weather as well as the soil fertility.
Weather API will help our platform to access the weather of a particular location very easily so that the farmer can get the notification of the weather and the climate which will help them to cultivate and harvest suitable crop.

This will help them to build the relationship among each other here in this platform we will give support to the farmer to connect to the tenant to achieve a particular task from them here tenant can also contact with the farmer by the platform.

Here in the platform, we will provide the knowledge about the different technique and the different Market trends so that the farmer can grow their crop according to them.

Here we will share the scheme, subsidies and laws Related to the farmer so that they can be protected and can access to the different hidden resources that they cannot found easily elsewhere.

In our platform we will also provide the farmer about the MSP (Minimum Support Price) of any crop. Show after getting the MSP the farmer can have an idea that should be the price of his or her crop that the price cap should be above the MSP so he or she will have a profit.

If a farmer wants to have some resources to work on another field the farmer can contact another tenant for the resources so that the tenant and the farmer can build a deal where they can exchange the goods easily.

As we know that we import many crops from another country but if we will encourage the farmer about the different type of crop that will give them a very huge benefit so they can grow in their field this will not only benefit the farmer but will also affect the GDP or the import of India.
