Abstract: The present invention relates to an anode for a lithium secondary battery, and an anode manufacturing apparatus therefor. The apparatus for manufacturing an anode for a lithium secondary battery has, on the edge thereof in the transverse direction of a magnet part for aligning crystal planes of a carbon-based anode active material, a drying part that uses light energy, and thus can simultaneously align the crystal planes of the carbon-based anode active material at the edge end of anode slurry and pre-drying same. Therefore, in the anode manufactured thereby, the crystal planes of the carbon-based anode active material contained in the sliding area of an anode active layer are highly aligned, and thus the total alignment and the alignment uniformity of the anode active layer are excellent. In addition, a lithium secondary battery comprising same has excellent charge/discharge performance.
