Mesdopetam Compositions

Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising Mesdopetam alone or in combination with proton pump inhibitor which can be administered either separately i.e. by co-administration or in a fixed dose combination (FDC) in the treatment of gastrointestinal and related disorders. The present invention provides use of mesdopetam in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders in a subject in need thereof wherein the medicament is to be administered to the subject. The present invention also relates to a method of treating gastrointestinal diseases in a subject in need thereof comprising administering to the subject mesdopetam and pharmaceutical composition.
