Abstract: The present invention provides an ultrasonic welding device and an ultrasonic welding system, configured to prevent bending of a welding subject or generation of softening at an undesired part of a surface of a welding subject. An ultrasonic welding device according to one aspect of the present invention includes a horn for pressing a first member to ultrasonic-weld the first member and a second member to each other, the horn includes a knurling part having a plurality of protrusions configured to protrude toward the first member in order to form an uneven shape on the first member, and the length (m) by which each of the plurality of protrusions protrudes toward the first member may be equal to or larger than the thickness of the first member.
