Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for pressing and charging/discharging a battery cell, the system comprising: an inner frame into which a battery cell is inserted; a plate for pressing the battery cell; a pressing block capable of moving on the plate in the direction in which the plate extends and gripping the battery cell; and an outer frame which is disposed on the outside of the inner frame and has an inner tab electrically connected to the pressing block through wiring.
