Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery manufacturing method and a lithium secondary battery. The lithium secondary battery manufacturing method comprises: a first step of arranging an electrode assembly in a battery case, and injecting an electrolyte so as to manufacture a battery cell; and a second step of pre-cycling the battery cell three times or more.
