Abstract: The present invention relates to a separator substrate, a separator, and an electrochemical device comprising same. The separator substrate of the present invention is for an electrochemical device and comprises a cross-linked polyolefin resin and chromium (Cr), wherein a gel fraction of the separator substrate is 3-80%, the standard deviation (?d) of thickness measured at at least any 100 spots is 0.5 ? or less, and the number of spots having a longer side length of 50 ? or more is 10 or less per 1 m2.
