Abstract: The present invention relates to a lithium secondary battery and a method for manufacturing the lithium secondary battery. The lithium secondary battery comprises: a cathode including a cathode current collector and a cathode active material layer arranged on the cathode current collector; an anode including an anode current collector, an anode active material layer arranged on the anode current collector and a solid electrolyte membrane arranged on the anode active material layer; a separator arranged between the cathode and the anode; and the electrolyte. The value of A in the following relation 1 can be 10% or higher. [Relation 1] A = {(F+C)/(F+C+G+M+E)}×100 F and C are the amount (unit: µg/cm²) of a fluoride group and the amount (unit: µg/cm²) of a carbonate group, respectively, which are identified through capillary electrophoresis (CE) analysis of the solid electrolyte membrane, and G, M and E are the amount (unit: µg/cm²) of an ethylene glycol group, the amount (unit: µg/cm²) of a methyl group and the amount (unit: µg/cm²) of an ethyl group, respectively, which are identified through nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy analysis of the solid electrolyte membrane.
