Metal Pipe For Oil Wells

Abstract: The metal pipe for oil wells according to the present disclosure has excellent resin coating film shear strength. The metal pipe for oil wells according to the present disclosure is provided with a resin coating film (100) that is formed as an outermost layer in at least one of a pin contact surface (400) and a box contact surface (500). The resin coating film (100) comprises base resins in a total amount of 40.0 to 99.4% by mass, nylon in an amount of 0.1 to 20.0% by mass, TiO2 in an amount of 0.5 to 30.0% by mass, hydrous magnesium silicate in an amount of 0 to 49.4% by mass, a wax in an amount of 0 to 10.0% by mass, a fluorine-based additive in an amount of 0 to 30.0% by mass, graphite in an amount of 0 to 10.0% by mass, an anti-corrosion pigment in an amount of 0 to 30.0% by mass, a coloring pigment in an amount of 0 to 10.0% by mass, and a coupling agent in an amount of 0 to 10.0% by mass, in which the ratio of the total content in % by mass of the wax, the fluorine-based additive and the graphite to the total content in % by mass of the TiO2, the hydrous magnesium silicate and the nylon in the resin coating film (100) is 5.00 or less.
