Abstract: Provided is a steel plate characterized by having a predetermined chemical composition and having a metal structure including, in terms of area percentage, 80-95% of ferrite, 5-20% of martensite, and a total of 0-10% of at least one of bainite, pearlite, and retained austenite, and having the average grain spacing of martensite of 2.5 µm or less, and the standard deviation of 1.5% or less in the area ratio of martensite in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction and the sheet thickness direction.
