Ring Threading Device And Method For Manufacturing Ring Notebook

Abstract: In manufacturing a ring notebook, ring bodies of resinous or paper rings are accurately inserted into binding holes of a sheet and caused to pass through the same. This ring threading device (11) is provided with a placement table (51) on which a sheet 2 is placed, a positioning jig (52) having guide rollers (521) and nip rollers (522), and a ring movement mechanism (53). The positioning jig (52) is a jig for retaining respective ring bodies (31) with mutual intervals between the plurality of ring bodies (31) maintained. The ring movement mechanism (53) is a mechanism for allowing insertion of the ring bodies (31) retained by the positioning jig (52) into binding holes (21a).
