Abstract: The present invention provides: a carbon nanotube dispersion to which high electrical conductivity can be imparted by addition of even a small amount of carbon nanotubes; and an electrically conductive material using the carbon nanotube dispersion. The carbon nanotube dispersion according to the present invention comprises: carbon nanotubes; a dispersing agent; and a binder component. The carbon nanotubes are each preferably a single-walled carbon nanotube. The binder component is preferably an acrylic resin. The electrically conductive material according to the present invention comprises the carbon nanotube dispersion.
