Abstract: According to exemplary embodiments, an inspection device is provided. The device comprises: a scanner configured to scan a resin composition on a frame to determine a three-dimensional profile of the frame and the resin composition on the frame; and an analyzer configured to determine the area of the resin composition and the mass of the resin composition on the basis of the three-dimensional profile.
