Structure For Sealing Injection Port Of Battery Can Battery Cell To Which Same Is Applied Battery Pack And Vehicle

Abstract: The present invention relates to a structure for sealing a cap injection port of a battery can. The present invention comprises: an injection port provided at a battery can or a cap which are made of a metal material; a stopper made of a metal material for finishing the injection port; and a heat fusion unit which is interposed between the stopper and the peripheral area of the injection port and which is heat fused at the stopper and the periphery of the injection port by means of the heat. The heat fusion unit can include: a first chrome coating layer applied to the periphery of the injection port; a second chrome coating layer applied to the stopper; and a heat fusion layer including polypropylene maleic anhydride (PP MAH) in which any one chrome coating layer of the two chrome coating layers is provided as a base material. The chrome oxide and PP MAH of the chrome coating layer can be chemically bonded to each other through heat fusion.
