Apparatus For Visualizing Rolling Process Information

Abstract: This device visualizes the rolling process information of a rolling line. This device comprises: a specification information memory in which specification information about a rolling facility installed in a rolling line and a rolled material to be processed by the rolling line is registered; a program memory in which a plurality of executable instructions are stored; and one or more processors communicatively coupled to the specification information memory and the program memory. The plurality of instructions are configured to cause the one or more processors to: acquire rolling process information in real time from a control system that controls the rolling line; generate three-dimensional visualization information for visualizing at least one of the rolling facility and the rolled material in three-dimensional representation using the rolling process information and the specification information; and display the three-dimensional visualization information on a display device.
