Cathode Material, Cathode Comprising Same, And Lithium Secondary Battery

Abstract: The present invention relates to a cathode material comprising: a first cathode active material in the form of a secondary particle where a plurality of grains are aggregated, wherein an orientation structure where major axes of the grains are oriented from the center toward to the surface of the secondary grain is included in at least a portion of the secondary particle, and the cobalt concentration at the grain boundary, which is the interface between the grains, is higher than that inside the grains; and a second cathode active material comprising a center portion having at least one form of a single particle consisting of one nodule and a pseudo-single particle, which is a composite of 30 or less nodules, and a coating layer containing cobalt formed on the center portion.
