Abstract: A battery system according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document comprises: a battery connected through a first line for supplying a current to a load and a second line for supplying an additional current to the load; and a battery management device for managing the battery, wherein the battery management device can control the currents supplied to the load through the first line and the second line on the basis of the state of the load.
