Hot Rolled Steel Plate

Abstract: Provided is a hot-rolled steel plate characterized by having a predetermined chemical composition, by containing, in terms of area ratio, 60%-80% of ferrite, 15%-30% of bainite, and 3%-10% of martensite, by having a microstructure in which TiC precipitates with a diameter of 1.0-5.0 nm are present in the ferrite at a number density of 1.0 × 1016 to 100.0 × 1016 precipitates/cm3, and by having a tensile strength of 780 MPa or more.
