Correction Device And Correction Method For Correcting Initial Value Of Impedance Spectrum Measurement Device
Abstract: The present invention relates to a correction device for correcting an impedance spectrum measurement device. The correction device comprises: a first plate comprising a first connection part electrically connected to a first pole of the impedance spectrum measurement device; a second plate comprising a second connection part electrically connected to a second pole of the measurement device; and a reference unit mounted on the first plate and having a predetermined unique value wherein the first connection part is electrically connected to the second connection part via the reference unit.
