Feeder Cells Cell Sheet Production Method For Feeder Cells And Cell Sheet And Method For Maintaining Or Proliferating Cells Using Feeder Cell
Abstract: [Problem] To provide feeder cells for bidimensional culturing for maintenance or proliferation of cells and a method for producing feeder cells the feeder cells being for cells for which maintenance and proliferation by bidimensional culturing is considered difficult. [Solution] In the present invention feeder cells are prepared by proliferating and isolating fibroblast like cells derived from a bowel structure that is produced from pluripotent stem cells and that includes endoderm derived cells and mesoderm derived cells.
