Abstract: The present disclosure provides a decorative sheet to be used in manufacturing a resin-impregnated decorative panel, the decorative sheet having a porous base material, a white solid layer that contains a white pigment and is disposed on one surface of the porous base material, a design layer that is partially disposed on a surface of the white solid layer on the side opposite from the porous base material, and a release layer that has a pattern shape and is disposed on a surface of the design layer on the side opposite from the white solid layer, the white solid layer having a blank region that is not coated with the design layer, the L* value in the blank region being 93.0 or greater, and the ash content included in the decorative sheet being 20.0-40.0 mass%.
