Abstract: The present disclosure provides a decorative sheet for use in the production of resin-impregnated decorative panels. This decorative sheet has, in the indicated sequence and considered in the thickness direction, a porous substrate, a design layer, and a release layer having a pattern shape. The design layer is disposed so as to coat the entire surface of the porous substrate when viewed from the thickness direction, and has a polar group-containing resin layer that contains a resin that has at least one of any of the following polar groups: the hydroxy group, the amino group, and the carboxy group. The ash fraction contained in the decorative sheet is from 15 mass% to 40 mass%.
