Method For The Continuous Synthesis Of Zsm 5 Zeolite
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for the continuous synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite crystals, the method comprising continuously feeding a tubular reactor with a synthesis medium comprising a source of silica, a source of alumina and seeds, rapidly increasing the temperature of the synthesis medium to a value of between 100°C and 300°C, crystallising at a temperature at least equal to or higher than the temperature of the preceding step and continuously recovering the ZSM-5 zeolite crystals.
