Abstract: The present invention relates to an electrode manufacturing device comprising: an unwinding unit for continuously supplying an electrode current collector wound into a roll shape; a plasma-processing unit for plasma-processing the surface of the unwound electrode current collector; an active material application unit, which applies an active material slurry to the surface of the electrode current collector so that an active material layer is arranged thereon; a drying unit for drying the active material layer arranged on the surface of the electrode current collector; and a winding unit for winding, into a roll shape, the electrode current collector having the dried active material layer, wherein the plasma-processing unit includes: a guide roller for applying tension to the electrode current collector; and at least one plasma generation device inside the guide roller, and the plasma generation device sprays a plasma state gas at the surface of the electrode current collector in contact with the guide roller so as to surface-process same.
