Abstract: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises, by weight%, Si: 2.8 to 4.0%, Al: 0.5 to 1.7%, Mn: 0.3 to 2.0%, Se: 0.0005 to 0.005%, Sn: 0.005 to 0.06%, and REM: 0.001 to 0.007%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities.
