Abstract: The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a control device and a control system that can easily handle a change in operation method. A control device (2) comprises a load connecting section (27), a connector, and a power control section (25). A load (7) is connected to the load connecting section (27). Any of a plurality of types of operating module (3) can be connected to the connector. The plurality of types of operating modules (3) have mutually different methods of user operation, and output operation signals corresponding to the user operation. The power control section (25) controls supply of power to the load (7) connected to the load connecting section (27), on the basis of the operation signal corresponding to a user operation input from the operating module (3) that is connected to the connector among the plurality of types of operating modules (3).
