Non Oriented Electrical Steel Sheet And Method For Manufacturing Same

Abstract: Provided are a non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method for manufacturing same. The electrical steel sheet according to the present invention comprises at most 0.005 wt% of C, 2.50-4.50 wt% of Si, 0.10-2.50 wt% of Mn, 0.002-0.020 wt% of P, 0.0010-0.0050 wt% of S, 0.50-2.50 wt% of Al, at most 0.0050 wt% of N, and at most 0.0050 wt% of Ti, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein Al, Si and Mn satisfy predefined relational equation 1, and the distribution of precipitates in the microstructure of the steel sheet satisfies relational equation 3.
