Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet and a method of manufacturing same and, more specifically, to a non-oriented electrical steel sheet which can be preferably used as an iron core of a motor, etc., and a method of manufacturing same. The purpose of one aspect of the present invention is to provide a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having excellent magnetic properties and a method of manufacturing same.
